Submission Requirements:
If we are using ZOOM, these are the submission requirements for the Challenges:
- Submit up to 4 images per challenge in jpg format with the longest side being
10 inches and 300 dpi resolution.
- Submit pictures in a zip folder - makes for ease in sorting and organizing.
- Submit pictures prior to 8:00 PM on Sunday prior to the meeting by email to bcc.photo.submissions@gmail.com
- Name files with the following convention: your name_challenge_name of picture
(e.g. andrew_liquids_glass of water.jpg).
- Images must be relevant to the Criteria/Subject of the challenge. If not, they will be moved to and viewed in What's Up'

AGSM MEETING LOCATION IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Meetings taking place at the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba (AGSM) will be held in the Drawing Room
- 6:45 PM Start Time.
- Building must be vacated by 9:00 PM.
- The Drawing Room must be left as we found it.
Your help in moving chairs and tables back to their original location is much appreciated. - Club members must sign in/out at the front desk when they enter/leave
so AGSM staff can keep a roll call in case of emergency. - Free Parking is available free of charge after 6:00 PM in the parkade
off 8th and Princess.
